What Manake Printers does
Manake Printers is a print shop at 16 Park Street Mall in Harare CBD, on the corner of Nelson Mandela Avenue and Park Street. It offers colour and mono printing, poster and flyer design, spiral binding, scanning, and business card printing — for SMEs, startups, corporate clients, NGOs, event planners, and schools.
The shop runs on three guarantees rather than vague promises: a quote back within 15 minutes over WhatsApp, published pricing with no surprise charges, and 10% back if a job isn't ready on time.
The web platform behind the shop
Alongside co-founding the business, I designed and built the web application that runs Manake's day-to-day operations. A customer can upload artwork, get a quote back, pay by EcoCash or bank transfer, and track their job through a digital dashboard — from artwork approval, through production, to the final quality check.
